Under Water

Drowning baby

Smiling family posing for pictures in paradise

Sharing air kisses

We surfed the beach

Tasting power and fake freedom

The ideal human nest rarely exists

The truth comes out as I get older

You tell me it’s a journey

But I’m ignoring you

Please don’t think I’m rude

I am a hermit crab looking for new shelter

A gift I have been dreaming of my whole life

Imagine holding your head under water

    1. Thank you, but it’s really ok… This is all part of the healing process and helps to get it out. I’m thankful knowing that the cycle of abuse stops with me and that my children grew up knowing they were loved and important (and still do!).
